About Gonzaga University

Gonzaga University, known for its rich traditions and commitment to Jesuit values, was founded in 1887 in Spokane, Washington. Some of Gonzaga's traditions include the annual Mass of the Holy Spirit, the exciting ZagFest during homecoming, and the spirited support for the Gonzaga Bulldogs basketball team. While there is no general Gonzaga University class ring ceremony, a special ring ceremony is held for engineering students who join the Order of the Engineer. The Gonzaga community is committed to service, social justice, and developing the mind, body, and spirit.
